Who we are
Founded in 1987 by M. Robert Medearis, Medearis Construction began with a single focus: building hotels better. A direct management approach — the principals on the job, not layers between them — delivers a superior product at a lower cost, and it has for nearly four decades.
The portfolio has grown to include office buildings, restaurants, retirement care facilities, mixed-use, condominiums, and custom homes — but hospitality remains the core, with over 50 new hotels completed and many renovations and PIPs. Our teams specialize in wood and steel framed structures and subterranean, vertical, and suspended reinforced concrete.
