Who we are
Founded in 1987 by M. Robert Medearis, Medearis Construction began with a single focus: building hotels better. A direct management approach — the principals on the job, not layers between them — delivers a superior product at a lower cost, and it has for nearly four decades.
The portfolio has grown to include office buildings, restaurants, retirement care facilities, mixed-use, condominiums, and custom homes — but hospitality remains the core, with over 50 new hotels completed. Our teams specialize in wood and steel framed structures and subterranean, vertical, and suspended reinforced concrete.
